99.9% positive she's large, but there's a size chart out there for you to check.

My catcher DD tried some on a few months ago for the same reason (to establish sizing). She's 5'5", 145lbs and felt the large was going to work. YMMV Let us know what you get and what ya think!

I would guess large, but it will also depend on how she's built.
