Camwood bat or knob weight

Just curious on opinions on which helped the most with the dd. Not sure if I should order a camwood bat or knob weight like the one advertises think it’s called hitting knob.

I don’t know anything about these. Look interesting.

My kids used a variety of knob weights and heavy bats.

I liked the knob weights, I had several “Pro-Cut” knob weights which were discontinued.

Use overload bats and weights sparingly and also do under loading in combination is my only advice.

We used the knob weights on game bats the most. I have a camwood that we didn’t use much. I had a lot of people talk to me over the years about “how fast” my kids hands were. I don’t know if the two are connected at all…

I actually like the following better as a weighted training bat. It’s softball diameter and is going to be a more appropriate level of weight. (I forgot he was coming out with these.)
