Got it!If you look at when protraction/retraction happen in the shoulders, it’s prior to the hips/torso advancing w your dd. It’s after for most good hitters. That to me is a faulty connection.

These two clips seem to conflict to me. The first strides and pauses to get balanced by weighting the front leg evenly, the 2nd she raises the front to get more load on the rear leg to assist her to tilt and get her back into it.Big changes. Working hard on not being forward forward and working in some tilt.
The second clip where she is standing on the heavy bag is to get her to feel not moving so much weight forward. Agreed!Still some casting due to the set up. The hips are to flat. I do like the move from the middle.
