Here’s a swing where he gets a little out front, although he coils forward and the back foot stays in place. Your daughter is pushing and therefor weight shifting. Even in a live arm swing where he gets a little forward the back foot doesn’t move.18906785-6ED4-4047-8F49-0F75D50F3B43.gif

Her instructor doesn’t want her back foot moving as much as it does but we don’t talk about it much because I want her coming off her backside and we need as much power as we can get.

Here’s a swing where the back foot slides a little on a HR. A little is Ok on live pitching. You shouldn’t have to be making timing adjustments off a tee that would cause the back foot to move forward. Also the tee is a little to far out front.

edit: oh and the pitch is a little high, which can cause the back foot to slide a little. As opposed to a low pitch where you go down to get it.
