Bent drag knee?

i always bend my drag knee. i (and i assume most others) have to in order to maintain reverse posture (where ur back half on opening up is lower than ur front half).

but even b4 i learned to do reverse posture, i still bent my drag knee. u see, my upper half of my drag leg is practically perpendicular to the ground, while the lower half (below my knee) is bent at about a 40 degree angle towards 1B, so that my drag toe makes a circular mark in the dirt (sort of like one half of a parabola) after going out straight from the rubber about 9 inches. bending the lower leg and not the upper leg (as opposed to bending both halves a little and pointing ur knee out to 3B) allows my hand to clear my hip so i can snap. otherwise it would smash into my upper leg.
