Bat compression question

Rules say bats must be loaded to 500psi and when tested must result in 1550psi. Then there is a list on Non-linear bats that are approved. They will have compression that can significantly less but still result in a Batted Ball Speed of less than 98 in testing. All bats will test less than 98mph but can not be tested in this manner at tournaments, hence the compression test.

Each bat has its own allowed compression number. There is no place that says a certain bat tests at so and so number, because with
use, the compression number changes. But the number given says what the bat CANT be below.
