The game hasn't changed much over the years but technology has come down to a price that I was able to afford to film a perspective of a run from home to home with a flat out dive like you've probably never experienced it ... from the players helmet. In this very quick clip you get to see one of my players exploding around the bases and then layout into home. Hope you enjoy.

Dalton, nice video! One thing I noticed was how little her head "bobbed" while watching the video, meaning there wasn't nearly as much up and down camera movement as you would have if she were holding the camera "by hand". It would be interesting to compare runners with good form and bad form in terms of how much unnecessary head movement this is in runners with poor form.

She has spent a lot of time working on form.

You do pose an interesting concept. I will definitely have to put the helmet on several girls and then compare. Great idea!!!!

I'm also thinking it might be a useful batting tool to demonstrate to the hitters where their head is at contact.
