Back leg slowing her down?

Rise ball here.. any feedback?
Was a good pitch but thoughts on back leg?
Toe drag looks like its slowing her down.
Pitch was a little better last year so trying to maximize effectiveness.

Video is your friend.

The still shot shows quite a bit of posture inbalance just prior to release. Even with a strong plant, if she continues with a 45-degree rear tilt, her weight/momentum shift back around the right hip could be a struggle, robbing her of efficient energy transfer.

Is her glove hand powerful on the downswing, creating a contrasting negative force which will help with that transfer?

Does she always throw a 2-seam rise?

Here's a clip that you can contrast your daughter's attributes with. One of the very best riseball pitchers when he was in his prime during the 90's & 00's.

The toe doesn't bother me. I've seen that body tilt/lean on the riseball in a lot decent pitchers. If it wasn't for video it would pass unnoticed.
