Skills are developed. How good one gets at those skills is a combination of many things, including genes.Talent is developed.

have told you that and saved you the X amount of dollars you spent on the book That said, based upon the case I think you are trying to make, if your DD doesn't become the best pitcher in the history of the game at her height ( I'll concede that height isn't an athletic ability per se), it is due to lack of will or proper instruction..do you really believe that?
