Our ASA group in MN supplies one copy of the Rule book to every team that registers ASA. That may or may not apply in your area, and if your not the head coach you may have to purchase anyway.

The other thing to be mindful of is that leagues/tournaments often impose their own rules (time limits, max runs)

Our leagues have only slowly been implementing the rule changes at 10U that make it more like the other ages (i.e. advancing on dropped third strike etc...) We implemented at 10UA last year, but not at 10UB,C
