Very familiar with this video. What's bad about it is that Donaldson is giving us some great info and DeRosa can't keep his yap shut. For me, one of the most important things that DeRosa doesn't let Donaldson say has to do with the front side elbow positioning.

Lead arm, bat, and shoulders in the same plane and on plane with the pitch. It would have been nice if DeRosa had let Donaldson talk and it could have been all summed up in one place.
