Are Blem Bats Allowed?

Can I use a blem bat in a high school game?
I dont see a problem in it, but I want to make sure before I buy the bat

Most blem bats just have a cosmetic issue, so it should be allowed. So as long as the bat is not on the ban list and passes an inspection by the umpire you should be good-to-go.
