Yes, but only because their kid was playing. Lots of them on our players live streams though.

Otherwise no.
There are several coaches around here who would absolutely report them immediately to the NCAA.

I did not see the coach, but evidently there was a D1 who came out and watched a game or two or ours mid-summer. Our coach knew the D1 coach was there.

We have had some watching our games last summer. I don't know about the fall.
