Not here.
Isn't the elbow already 'slotted' on these practice/demo/not real swings..,,,,

Hands and forearms 'slot' the elbow. The swing 'slots' the elbow.

No there not. Are you blind too??? Hahaha!

After the elbows creates its angle. The hands go forward.,

The elbow supports. You will see more slotting on away pitches than inside pitches. Do you know why that is?

Woodstock, man
If the elbow slots before the hands move, wouldn’t that turn the barrel?
Yes, IF...
1) The hands are in the right place (not behind the back elbow)
2) The rear forearm is flat
3) The bat is pointed up and the bottom is pointed to the catcher
4) You have the right grip on the bat with the top hand - no slack/slop

During TTB, the hands don't really move forward as it relates to the shoulder. IOW the hands stay with the shoulder as the shoulder rotates - until 'hip slot' (when the back elbow comes down to the hip). Only then do the hands/forearm push away from the torso, down toward the plate and forward toward the incoming ball.

Sorta funny. One poster attempts to school another poster and gets schooled in the process.
