Alabama coaching staff.
We keep hands high, the hands like a roller coaster drops at the top of the incline and gathers speed as it comes down steep hill.

Hands come down like a fast roller coaster (Example kids roller coaster has small hill and is slow compared to adult roller coaster with steep drop the decent is much fast)- hands should come down like a plane landing not a helicopter landing.

This above quote is how Alabama explained how the hands are coming down in the swing, DD who has been to a few of their camps advised the swings from the incline tee is to teach the hands to come down as explained in the above quote.

Imo, that's not at all a drastic angle of "down to". In fact you would have to REALLY be under the ball to hit that bar.

But what I noticed is when the players in the video were hitting off of the pitching machine, it wasn't the same as off the tee. The players threw that down to the ball out of the window.

So I'm not seeing things? If the player hitting off of the pitching machine, went over to the black tee and used the same swing. Would she not more then likely hit the bottom of the long part of the black tee sending it in the air?
