Yep, we definately have lots of corn here in Illinois.
Barstow was definitely a S-hole. True story.....My wife and I had to live in Barstow for 6 months while we waited for housing on the Army base. Like any good soldier, I ran ( a lot) to keep in good shape. I was running down the road one day and a Barstow cop pulls up. Asked my what I was doing. I was confused, as I was obviously out for a run. He says look around you. So I do. Don't notice anything obvious. He says get in the car. I am like....oh crap. He proceeds to tell me that him and I are the only white people around and I should get out of there immediately. Apparently I was running through a Mexican gang area that I "shouldn't be in."
