This is at toe touch:
Someone has told her not to stride, and her stride/swing is stunted. She begins her swing in mid-air on one leg - she starts before toe touch.
1) She slides forward mostly with her front leg like she's lunging. This results in her uncoiling/opening her hips (see the front knee has already rolled over/forward at the yellow arrow)
2) More evidence she's lunging, her rear heel has come off the ground (red arrow)
3) She begins her swing too soon and has already dropped the back elbow (see green line), yet left the bat head frozen. [the bat head should come down in unison with the back elbow]
This is simple to fix:
Get in front of a mirror and take your stride, and hold a 45 degree inward coil (hip and shoulder) until landing. Do this for a few days until you get the hang of it.
You must stride with the back leg, generally until the back knee has almost fully straightened.
You don't need to try to 'sit' or 'set' or 'crimp' your hip, or pick your front hip up in the air, or have a certain leg kick, just rotate your torso - it's simple.
Tip: Keep the back heel on the ground as you stride using the back leg. Try not to turn your front knee over until toe touch.
Once you have mastered this, add in pulling the back elbow back like a 'bow', while ending up with the rear forearm flat/level at toe touch.
Then make sure the bat head is pointing up, say with a 30 deg or so angle.
All this will only take you and her a few days to learn.
