In the perffered 5 frame swing when do you start the frame count?

In a standard swing you can go from heel plant to contact but more in fp are non-standard. There, start from first movement of the bathead into the swing plane till contact. Five is good. Four is world class speaking of 30fps video. Double those numbers for 60fps video. Check with the video experts if you suspect dropped frames.
