I can see some adjustments trying to be made for the inside pitch through the progression of hits. She seems to cover the outside pitch pretty well. But on the inside pitch she seems bound. or there is no space or time creation. you Might want to try adjusting the pivot point. let her create it for each pitch. It’s not so much the depth but more of the timing of it. i try to let recognition be the guide. as well as working the bat path ’opposite’ field. I think you do that as well. The thought of letting the hands tell the body w an oppo bat path should prolly help. watch this young lady create an isometric contraction (both shoulders attaching to the torso) when needed to create space and the path on time for each pitch(early). Her eyes/hpp/posture does the rest.
Hanging outside change. contraction gets deeper. But space is made early. 2b.
Contraction is quicker. Space is made early as well. High inside.HR.
I think setting up properly goes along way in creating space. front shoulder on the release arm. I think getting the lead arm out of the way on time helps. As well as getting leveraged on time. That’s how I would go about it.
