The back shoulder and lead foot are connected basically. The only way loading late happens is if the hands lead the loading sequence. Also notice the stride variations.. timing?

Just put in ImgPlay in the App Store. It turns video into gifs, you can do a little editing as well. You can do some editing on videos and save them as videos also.
