Have her look at an imaginary pitcher and pretend to be tracking the ball instead of staring at the tee the whole time.
What does her swing look like with a moving ball?

Yeah.... <sigh>
her posture on a tee swing is obviously much different than a front toss or live pitch.

I need to have someone at the cages toss her a few that I can film next time.

I use a Cheap Tripod for my cell phone set up to film. I got my for $10 dollars at Walmart.
