Hitters stretch is the yellow line. I prefer more in the red 'AREA'.

The hands coming down in a positioning action along with the rear elbow isn't necessarily a swing flaw. Martinez for Detroit does this as well. They are just positioning the hand/elbow "before" swinging. She isn't swinging while positioning, creating bat drag or collapsing the hands into the body or anything in that nature such as dropping the hands prior to the swing.

That said, I really don't like the rhythm. Hands drop and Then...Then...Go

Personally I like the core action. The rhythm is a bit rushed. Posture could get a bit more ‘nose over toes’ that should help the balance/rhythm. The stride should be a little more reactive imo as well. But due to the wider stance that might not be possible. Overall nice job OP.

I don’t see any major flaws that need addressing.
