12u dad and coach

Hi everyone,
I have coached a couple years of rec ball and now the daughter is moving into travel ball.
Got asked to help coach the 12u team as well so looking forward to working with girls and parents that are a little more invested in the game than what I had in the local rec league.

Enjoy. I did and found a passion for mentoring young players. Work on your coaching game. There is a ton of info here and on the web. MegRem is good for all skills of younger ages. Antonelli great infield and some outfield. Teacherman is effective if you feel pushy and casting swings are an issue for your players. Please don't hate. It has helped my players to feel how not to lunge.
