10U recommendations

Heading into the winter season I'm looking for some obvious things to work on with my 10 YO DD. I feel her mechanics are decent for her age, but there's always room for improvement. By the end of fall season she was consistently in the high 40s and about 65% strikes in games. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
