10u Mental Game / Goals

I am thinking about doing a team bonding / goals night. I have some things in mind, but I was curious if anyone else has done this at the 10u age group and what kind of things they came up with? Thanks in advance!!

x100000 what rolling hard said, We just started allstar season, 3 practices and back to back pool partys..... Nothing brings 10's together like a swimming pool.... and adults together like food and booze.... We are a family now and ready to start summer!
