She likes it but she is 9 and it is a new bat so.. . At this point she isn't real picky about what I put in her hand. We hit 3 times a week plus what she does with her team and she has had it for what 2 months or so? If it hasn't opened up by now it won't

Like I said before, to be honest I like it because I can tell from the sound when she doesn't barrel up a ball..with the 2 piece bats I had a hard time distinguishing from the sound what was going on.
