“Down To” vs “On Plane Deep”

Pros and cons of each. Can you have both? I know every hitter is different. Will down to with posture and tilt create both? Where do you want the barrel and hands to be when the bat gets parallel to the ground?

Don't think the bats gets parallel to the ground very often, but I think I know what you mean. Somewhere between the rear hip and front hip. If that makes sense.

How do i 'get leveraged'? What do I do with my hands? My body?

This is leveraged fyb (both legs).. The hands end up getting pulled "down to" by the core contraction.

I think I missed this in your explanation in the past. Are you saying and showing both heels/feet are on the ground at the same time?

One can be leveraged into both legs without both feet on the ground at the same time.. But having both feet would be optimal.

I ask because I think the two swings you posted looks like adjustments being made. So it looks like their into the legs more.
