Anybody use this? This is the weighted club strength/speed training device, seems to be all the rage on the Twitter baseball sites.

I was surprised that dfp search didn’t turn up any results.

Hitting Performance Lab (Joey Meyers) did (IMO) a good interview with either the creator or major proponent of the method. Talked mechanics more than about the actual club. But it’s on my mental “need to watch again” list.
