DD is having surgery for her mpfl tear on Wednesday and she still wants to do some things during her 4-6 month rehab. Any ideas that she could do? I was thinking on working on hand eye coordination by throwing and bouncing tennis balls. She is 14 and going into her sophomore year. She is very driven and loves to train so being stagnant for the next few months might drive her crazy. Thanks for any suggestions!
