    Default Tearing a groin area

Found out that my dd may have a tear in her groin area. Not sure when or where happened. Has anyone had any issues with this in past? It been bothering her for a month. She started ice baths at HS and is getting massages by mom. Using ointments to help. We are seeing doctors on Friday to get a final diagnosis .

Is there more I can do to ease the pain??

Get it evaluated, for sure. Hopefully, it's as simple as a strain that just needs rest.

Looking back, we think it might have been the speed and conditioning classes. ??

Could be. If she was pushing her body to a new level of stress, or using muscles differently than they are used to being used, a strain is very likely. Hopefully it's minor and will recover quickly. That said, getting a medical eval is a good plan.
