3 or 4 days a week at home. 30-45 minutes each session. No highly specialized or expensive equipment.

Not position-specific but overall softball conditioning/training.

What exercises/drills do you think would give your DD the most impact?

After they get where they can keep it in the middle. Then go for just under the Top line....here is our set-up @ Home.

21 day Express Shape-up program found at Softball Performance | Softball - Lots of softball drills, softball tips about softball hitting, softball pitching, and coaching softball. . 30 minutes a day 6 days a week and DD will be in tip-top softball shape in three weeks. I believe today it's on sale. If not, it will still be the best $9.95 you've spent for a conditioning program. Also, It's by one of our members and site sponsor.

Not really a drill. Its just a way of getting instant feedback on every swing. Set up using direction's... Height's, widths, depths... when hitting the ball off the tee, with what ever mechanic you choose... and ball hits the red zone, it's a line drive. Once DD could place the ball in the zone, we went for upper half, then to just below the upper measurement. My set up @ home just uses the one line or right @ 50" high.

I didn't make the diagram... got it form DFP long ago.... wish I knew who made it, and posted it here.
