DD did her first speed workout today trying to get ready for college. She's been working out but today was her first day focusing on this... Anyway, when I asked her how it went, she said "I almost died!"
I texted her trainer to tell him what she said and all he wrote was...
"That's awesome!!!"
She's really as strong as a beast & running isn't her thing so it's going to be tough, but I think it's a great thing for her!
