Given who they have featured in their photos I will gladly invest the $280 if my DD will actually use it.

You can save your money, South Carolina has several of these mounted to the wall in the indoor hitting complex. I'm sure she will get lots of opportunities to us it!

DD has always had minor challenges related to "muscle imbalance". Recently a comprehensive strength training regimen was recommended. So I bit the bullet last night and purchased the product. Granted as slingit said you can get the equipment for about $50 but what you are paying for is the how and what to do. And like PP said Carolina already uses the product but she wants to get stronger now. Once she is using it for a while I will post and update with her feedback.

After just over 2 weeks of use my DD said the results are significant. Said she has never been stronger and some of the issues she had experienced have pretty much disappeared. Said she is all in with the program and plans to continue through her career.

I realize this is an old thread, but has anyone else used this system? My DD is 12 and her pitching instructor wants her to do some work to improve her posture and over all strength. We are considering personal trainers at her pitching facility, purchasing a "system" like CS, or going the "bands from Walmart and youtube/this site" route. We are looking for any input or recommendations.
