Go ahead and find the addresses for each park and make sure they are in your GPS. One park was not in mine last year. You will play on some crap fields, but everyone will get a few games at Frank Brown Park. Be prepared for rainouts and 2-3 hour delays. Last year our 10u team walked off the field two times after 12:30 for pool games. But that is part of playing on gulf coast in July.

I was nervous about finding stuff, but after 1 day in the PCB area, you will know the place like the back of your hand.

Dont buy any Mizuno merchandise that is sold at the FBP, you think you are getting a deal," NOT".

USFA is unbelievably organized, you will be sitting in your car at a park 15 miles north of PCB watching it rain sideways and you will get a text from your coach saying " everyone go to field 11 at Frank Brown in 45 minutes. You will drive to FBP and it wont have rained there and the schedule will keep on track.

Great tourny, great place to have it and some really good ball is played in the 10U A class tourny.

Take some extra time and charter a fishing trip
specifically targeting Cobia in the summer. You will not be
disappointed in the size and spirit of this shallow water species

Eat raw oysters at Shuckums at least once while you are there......be prepared for some travel time to the parks, some were almost an hour away. Don't forget the gift exchange before the first bracket game - I would plan for 15 gifts. If you are going for the whole week you can find some on condos on vrbo.com.

Don't remember what our team gave, but our girls got a softball key chain. It was kinda like trading a $10 bill for a $1. Don't sweat it just get something in the price range a girl that age would like.

Sometimes you can get things from your local chamber of commerce or local businesses to donate pads, pens, brochure, etc. We also have included things like powerade or water (decorated with a handmade label), hand decorated flip flops, hair ribbons, chapstick.
Many dentist or doctors offices have little kits to donate. Local universities also will donate little items.

One of the parents usually makes up a brochure about our team.

We try to keep the gifts we give @ $10-12 each. Last year we had some of those double insulated cups made with the USFA logo. At this point you will not have time to get anything with custom logos. You can put together a 'goodie bag' at the Dollar Store if you want something quick and easy. If you get candy DO NOT get anything that melts!
