Default Colorado Fireworks Tournament suggestions and tips!

Wanting opinions and suggestions from those that have attend the Colorado Fireworks recently. Our team has been selected to play in the Fireworks but nothing additional like pool selection has been issued yet. Is there a certain field most colleges coaches stay, should we apply to power pool, or does this really matter. Also looking for things to do while in Colorado, and looking to see if the All Star/All Academic showcases are worth it or even the camps. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!

The All Star Games were well attended by college coaches when DD played there two years ago.

Pike's Peak is an awesome drive but way better to be a passenger so you can see. Driver has to concentrate way to much.

We played in the Sparkler last year. Didn't see any coaches at the All Star games, but they did show up to regular games. DD team is playing in the Boulder IDT this summer. The team went to Estes Park for a day trip and our family took a trip to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, which was pretty spectacular.

Make sure you hydrate!! Got married in Boulder in July and had two bridesmaids pass out during the wedding. Yes, this was before the bar was openned.
