Sorry for this easy question, but have been playing USSSA and going to NSA this season.
NSA rulebook states in Section 6 that a team must have 12 players if using 2 EP’s and the twin. I would think you could use the twin if you only had 10, am I correct, or can the twin only be used if 12 players are available?
