In Colorado they can play both. The only restriction is seniors can't play JV.

In Colorado they can play both. The only restriction is seniors can't play JV.
Our town started a local tb team now our hs varsity is the tb team all freshman so jv team is 10,11 and 12 grade. It’s sad but when jv starts losing by 5 or more coach starts putting 9 th grade in. Says a lot about how influential tb can be. We do have a rec league in town. It’s just not run well.
