We're the visiting team. Score at the end of 5 full innings: 11-2 home team.
Start the top of the 6th inning. BB, then HBP, then 4 straight BBs (including an illegal pitch) to score 3 runs. Rain has been falling during the inning. After the last walk, thunder rolls, and the umpires clear the fields for our standard (in NY) 30-minute rule. About 15 minutes later, the fields are gone, so we (the coaches) call the game as is.
Score reverts back to the end of the 5th inning - Final score: 11-2 (home team)
Question: Do the stats count in the top half of the 6th inning towards the batters (like their OBP, etc) or not? Since the score reverts back to the 5th inning, it's almost like we don't treat the batters/runs that scored as even "having happened" for the sake of the final outcome.
