Bases loaded, no outs.

Runner going to 2nd was hit by batted ball, she was in frount of fielder.

At end of play runner on 3rd scored, bases loaded again.

Umpire's called the runner hit by ball out, returned runners to 2nd and 3rd, awarded batter 1st base.

Does that all sounds Right?

Is the ball dead as soon as it hits the Runner?

If the runner touches home before ball hits batter, does she still get returned to 3rd base?

Runner being hit by a batted ball is considered interference. The ball is dead immediately, all runners return to the last base touched at the time of the interference. I dont see it being able to happen, but yes, if the runner from third had crossed the plate prior to the ball hitting the runner the run would score

Batter/runner gets first base even if she hasn't reached it yet, correct?

What if the runner going from 2nd to 3rd is the one hit? She is out, the batter gets 1st, and the girl heading home is sent back to 3rd. What about the one heading from 1 to 2? She can't go back to 1 but shouldn't be granted 2 if she hasn't reached it yet.

Yes, the batter/runner is awarded 1st base. Runners return to the last base touched at the time of the interference, but, there cant be 2 runners on 1st base since the batter/runner was awarded it. Any runners forced to advance by the batter/runner being awarded 1st do in fact move up a base, all other runners return.

We had R1 on 2nd, and R2 on 1st. There were 2 outs. B3 hits ground ball that hits R1 as she was advancing. Dead ball R1 out (3rd out). How do you score the play for B3?

why would it not be a FC? if there was no contact with the ball by the BR (using scenario in the OP), and the IF fielded cleanly and threw home and got the out, would have been a FC, correct?

Score a hit if a runner interferes with a batted ball, but the batter would have
been safe without the interference, otherwise credit a FC. Source: ATEC, NCAA, OBR.

Related question on scoring a play like this on Game Changer/Team Manager:
Bases loaded. Batter hits grounder to SS, runner on 2nd gets hit with ball or runs into SS and gets called out on interference, batter gets 1st base. How do you score that in game changer? If I put the ball into play then I can’t seem to mark the 2B runner out on interference, and seem to have to give the batter 1st on FC and the 2B runner out at third. Or can I first mark the 2B runner out in interference before putting the ball into play? In which case how to I score the batter? FC? Basically step by step how do you score it on game changer so that the 2B runner is out in interference and the batter gets 1st base?
