I do not understand why some just can't push out and keep the toe pointed down and avoid the IP. It is really pretty simple.
Hey while the Moderators or whomever are removing comments from this thread, such as mine regarding Farish Beard reminding me of Cat Osterman, can they remove the posts where pics/videos have been deleted from TinyPic and an error message is coming up? It makes for much better reading of this sticky. Thanks and fully expect that this comment will also be deleted.

Any comments on the degree of bend in throwing arm?

Any comments on the degree of bend in throwing arm?
I am surprised how bent it is, and also how long she makes it where you pause at 6:00.
