Would start with the low hanging fruit:

When going into the back swing it's good to keep the knuckles facing the catcher. Helps the arm start in the the correct direction so you pull the ball from 12 to 6. She seems to get the ball right once it goes over her head but it's one of those little things you'll have to correct at some point so sooner the better.

Would also try to get her to drive the back leg through. Easy way for kids to understand it is tell them that their quad should be facing the catcher at the end of the pitch.

Would not get too technical out of the gate. Make sure it's fun. I'm sure other will have more advice.

You need to read the IR in the classroom thread. She is throwing HE (hello elbow). Need to convert to IR now.

Doesn't look completely horrible. I see a small degree of what looks like an attempt at I/R. Please read and then re-read I/R in the classroom. Get that down pat. Once your dd has a firm grasp on it, then move onto the Brush Interference thread. And again, read it then re-read it.
I'd suggest performing these drills yourself so that you and your dd are learning it together! Post new clips as you both progress and we'll be here to further assist.
Here are a couple links to some of my students performing these moves, and see how your dd compares...

Here is a video Mike (javasource) made... very informative https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5T4Jd7GKg5Q

Great start! Couple things I’d throw out:
-Try to keep the hips and shoulders square to the target during the initial drive
-Drive out instead of up and
-Relax the lower arm and let it rip. Looks like she’s trying to force a bend.

Try those and ask her if these differences feel any different or if she can think of why they might improve anything and what. Post back with her input.

Thanks,
Ken

Thank you everyone. I have been trying to get all 3 of those issues resolved. We do the drills in the ir thread and it seems like she forces her arm in all of them. I think her body awareness just hasn’t fully developed yet. We will keep working and attempt to give updates along the way.

Dang! Just realized I forgot a few things:
-Squeeze the knees (crack a nut) at release
-Work for a more upright posture and resist the torso twist and bend at release
-Work on whip without a drive. Just play catch, progressing from 1/4 to 1/2 then full circle walk ins.

Only use as much distance and intensity as she can without breaking down. No bad reps. One the side, work on drive mechanics without a ball. Too many just go straight to the rubber and start blazing. Really tough to make major changes from full distance and effort.
