DD was complaining about her bunions at practice this weekend when 3 other pitchers in the org said that they too had the same issues. Two of them can't wear ringors because of the pain. Aside from surgery has anyone found a remedy? Is there a brand of cleat that may be wider in the toe box? Thanks

Thought it was just my kid...My DD has turf Ringors that she uses indoors and her bunion always hurts after pitching. I put arch supports in there to see if it aligns her foot in her shoe any different. She's only used the supports twice so I will have to ask her if it helped.

DD switched from Ringors to New Balance 2 years ago and she never looked back. Light as a sneaker and with tuff toe applied to the drag leg shoe we get a full season out of them.

And on another note, while ringors are great for longevity I wind up throwing cleats out due to stink before wear and tear so I couldn’t imagine keeping a pair of cleats for longer than a season anyway.

Someone told us about "Foot Sense" powder.. That stuff will kill any odor in cleats uniforms etc. It's unbelievable
