Take the ball and glove away from her. Work on just driving out with emphasis on her right leg. I'll typically do this with most kids as part of her warm up

Looks like she could maybe use a better weight shift also?
Sprinter starts maybe as well?

I agree. Have her start with her left leg even or even out in front of her right leg so that she can not gain any momentum in throwing it forward. It will force her to push off with the right leg to gain any distance.
