Doug, after reading that article, I fit that category. I'm a yeller once in a while. I sometimes call pitches. I don't video all hitting and games so that I can break down video. I could go on and on. Doug, in reality, that article was much like of what transpires tends to generalize. While I am a yeller, I am also my player's biggest cheerleader. I do call pitches but have a code for the catcher and myself so that when given the responsibility to call a pitch or pitches, the catcher can signal to me to call. Doug, I'm getting older and crabbier and read opinions like the one cited disliking the broad brush.
