So posting DD'S first video. She has an issue with what I call skating; never gets on toe and gets knee to knee.

She has been not been practicing a ton due to us moving and an S1 injury.

She also is turning the hand over too soon and not pulling the ball down.

We have been working on the two step drill and when she throws at less than 50 percent she will get on the toe but when it comes to faster drills she reverts back.

Any ideas how to fix?

Forgot to say we've been working on getting leg up and out more to improve timing and IR.

Doug, is the skating an issue or a finish that can be lived with? Is she losing speed because of it?

Gtrips07,

I'm not sure I'll address the "skating." I will, however, pick a few things that I think are worthy of working on. Here is the first...

Continue to working on the turning foot. She doesn't do on the two step drill. Will having her sprint from a loaded position help?

I'd simply have her work to "Replace the old muscle memory with new muscle memory." (thanks Pauly)

Also, I much prefer the push-back drill, given she's clearly not a beginner. Juice up the push-back. Also, continue using the walk-in.
