Hard to tell alot from the video, a better angle is from the throwing arm side. I added a couple of pauses, I would work on getting some bend in her throwing arm, just a little where it's not straight, lead with the elbow. Second thing I can see is the gap between her arm and her side at release, there should be some brushing of her arm and her ribcage.

A side view is better.

From that angle the biggest issue I see is she looks to really be pushing the ball toward the target rather than throwing it. Work on developing a good brush/whip action. The IR stickies in this forum are a great place to start.

ETA: Basically what Shaker said as we posted at about the same time :cool:
