I see a lot of parents on the boards panicking about what their DD is doing wrong and asking how the issues can be immediately fixed. It's great to see such passion especially at the young ages. These kids all have a bright future. But keep one thing in mind, it takes time for these girls to make permanent corrections. They are no different that adults and we all know how long it takes to break a habit.
It's okay to sit back for a little and allow your DD to learn as she goes. There will be a time when you won't/can't be there to correct and she will need to do it on her own. Teach her how to make her own corrections and she will then control her own destiny.
It takes years to develop a high level pitcher and know that most of the phenoms at 10U and 12U won't even be in the circle at 16U and 18U.
