So we went out and did drills just throwing into the net Saturday and Monday trying to keep a firm front side. So here is a video from yesterday just doing a FB into the net. She already looked better in tournament games the previous few weeks, than she did during HS ball and the video that I posted, as her stamina and strength builds back up. We have a hard time up here in the pacific NW staying strong year round and with little access to indoor facilities. Most of this work will probably have to wait until after summer ball ends as I'm guessing it is going to not be good for locating this coming weekend :)

Is this front leg seem firm enough if she can maintain this for most of her pitches??

Is there a consensus on the arm position at foot plant since people are referring to her arm being between 9 and 8 . . .

She looks better in bullpen, but from what I can see until you fix the resistance issues everything else is just noise. I would definitely NOT focus on arm position and brush.

Looks better to me. I see very little give in the leg. More sinking around the hip joint, but she is turning into that front leg better than the previous video. It may help if you try to get her posture more upright, working forward.
