Throw that hoppity hop riseball.
She was talking about how Rachel Garcia wasn't spinning the ball as much, so her riseball wasn't biting.
The problem was she was throwing bullet spin rather than backspin pitches.

Bullet spin screw?
As we all know, assuming righty vs righty, up is a rise, low is a drop, inside is a screw and outside is a curve. Despite the spin. With all these top pitchers throwing bullet spin, one wonders why we’ve tried so hard to get the correct spin on the ball. Just turn the door knob and throw hard. You can have four pitches with one rotation.

The problem is most D1 pitcher’s riseball is tilted upwards bullet spin. It’s not a true back spin riseball, but nevertheless it is effective. During the regionals, supers, and WCWS the only pitcher with some backspin was KB. So in many ways MS was correct when she says they are throwing their riseball, what it’s not doing is “breaking late”, “breaking sharply” or “hopping”.
