As Doug said a vid would be helpful. I have found with my dd that a problem that she may be having is often related to Her drive. It amazes me how often little problem that I see in her mechanics resolve themselves when she does. Get a strong explosive drive, keep shoulders square, and drive through with good brush and IR. I have found if we work hard on those basic aspects, the rest falls into place.

Natural rotation of arm circle gets you open enough. Shouldn’t be a teach to get fully open 90 degrees

What I think I see in coaches eye slowed down, is limited opening coupled with glove swim. It seems her throwing shoulder leads her arm turning her into a pusher. Top speed 51 mph.

IMHO getting open enough is not her issue. If I can read her number from that angle she is open plenty. A shot from the other side would be more telling of any issue in realse.Screenshot_20180526-151829.jpg

She's very stride dominant. If she had a more THRUST-DOMINANT leg-drive, it would be very natural for her hips to open to at least 45, which I believe is pretty good.

In a thrust-dominant leg-drive, when the ball reaches 9:00 in the upswing, the thrust leg (her right leg) would be at the end of its thrust and the leg would be very nearly straight at the knee and there would be very little if any push left in the right foot (i.e., the big toe of that foot would be right at the verge of pulling away from the pitching plate). At this 9:00 point, the lower stride leg and foot would still be swinging/reaching forward. If one lets it happen with a thrust-dominant leg-drive, the body will naturally open at the hips. I'm not sure you'd want the hips to get open all the way to 90-degrees, but I would argue you should expect that to happen with the shoulders, though not naturally--she'd have to assist that action while taking the ball overhead.
